Job Description

We are looking for a driven, accomplished and results-oriented high performer with proven selling skills to join our fast growing sales organization in the DC metro area. Some of the skills and characteristics you must possess are:

• Establish and maintain close relationships with new clients through regular meetings to promote and sell PRM’s services within a defined geography
• Present and demonstrate PRM’s novel pain services to medical providers highlighting patient benefits
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding PRM’s services, with a broad understanding of alternative therapies/approaches as to the treatment of chronic pelvic pain
• Develop, analyze, and prioritize in order to execute sales territory management and achieve business results
• Coordinate with PRM’s Sales and Marketing leadership to provide customer feedback, best practices, effective messaging and tactics in order to create a high-level customer experience and increased brand loyalty
• Prepare a monthly report summarizing monthly sales results achieved, contacts made, messaging delivered as well as past and future allocation of opportunity funds
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
• A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals
• Ability to work as a team member to achieve organizational goals
• Travel by car, airplane, etc. to perform sales duties

Bachelors Degree and/or experience equivalent to a related Bachelor’s Degree. A minimum of 2 years successful direct B2B sales experience in a quota driven role is preferred, within the healthcare sector would be ideal. Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow, manage and profit from one’s book of business. Must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record with no DUI’s and no more than one moving violation in the last two years.
